In a nutshell: The project manager for Turning Point, a charity running a pilot in Kingston promoting ‘Rightsteps’, a social enterprise model, in partnership with a primary care trust. The aim of providing a choice of support for people at a time of crisis from a well-being co-ordinator, to prevent a situation from deteriorating is described.
